1. Roof Access Burglaries
Criminals are bypassing perimeter beams by lifting roof tiles. Standard internal PIRs often don't catch them until they are already inside. We recommend installing ceiling-void sensors to detect movement in your roof space.
2. Gate Motor Theft
With load shedding, backup batteries are high-value targets. Thieves break open gate motors to steal the battery or the entire motor. An anti-theft bracket is now a mandatory requirement for insurance in many areas.
